About Rotor-Lift Aviation
Rotor-Lift was established in 1991 as a Helicopter Sales and Maintenance Company and was expanded to include helicopter operations with an Air Operators Certificate for charter, aerial work and flight training.
Currently operating a fleet of eight aircraft from the versatile Twin engine IFR BK117 to the Eurocopter AS355 Twin Squirrel, AS350 Squirrel and the Bell 206 Jetranger.
Rotor-Lift was relocated from Sydney to Hobart Airport in 2000 when establishing the “Tasmanian Air Rescue Helicopter” service and although based in Hobart, Rotor-Lift conducts operations Australia wide.
The Hobart office facility is architecturally-designed and incorporates an in-house engineering department to ensure that all aircraft are maintained to a high standard. Rotor-Lift has built a reputation as a “can do” operation while maintaining high operational standards and have supplied aircraft to numerous Government departments and corporate clients.
With a dedicated team of pilots, engineers and support staff who are recognised for their high standards, industry knowledge, commitment and provision of customer service, reliability and safety that Rotor-Lift has become known for.
