Rotor-Lift has a dedicated team of pilots all with vast flying experience within Australia and overseas, as required for the operation of the Tasmania Police Rescue Helicopter Service. Our company is committed to our clients comfort and safety at all times.
Please see below some of our tour packages or charter your own personal helicopter or aeroplane to explore the vast reaches of Tasmania’s rugged wilderness. We have a comfortable reception area at our base, located at The Hobart Airport. Gift vouchers are also available and valid for a period of 3 months.
City Scenic
Definitely a day to remember! Experience the exhilaration of viewing our stunning city from an entirely unique perspective - enjoying panoramic views of Hobart's historical waterfront, the Tasman Bridge, Wrest Point Casino and spectacular Mount Wellington. This 20 minute flight is the perfect opportunity for fantastic video footage and those "once in a lifetime" photographs.
Barilla Bay Heli-Tour
View our striking city including Hobart, Wrest Point Casino, Mount Wellington and Barilla Bay from your own personal helicopter. On return you will land at Barilla Bay's fantastic restaurant for champagne and oysters - a totally Tasmanian experience. (Includes a complimentary glass of champagne and half dozen oysters on arrival. (Lunch is additional.)

Adventure Heli-Jet
Take flight on a rush of a different kind! Fly over scenic Hobart City and Mount Wellington, heading south towards the picturesque Huon Valley, abundant with Tasmania's well-renowned apple orchards. We come to land beside the beautifully sheltered Huon River where we board the Huon River Jet Boat for the thrill of a jet boating experience on one of Tasmania's wild rivers. Port Arthur ½ Day Tour
Capture panoramic views from your own personal helicopter of Southern Tasmania en route to Port Arthur Historic Site. For two hours wander through the preserved ruins, enjoy a harbour cruise or a guided your or simply roam the site at your own leisure, before departing in your helicopter for Hobart Airport. (includes entry to historic site, boat cruise, guided tours and entry into the historic buildings.)
Port Arthur Overnight Tour
Savour the splendor of Hobart City, harbour and picturesque Tasman Peninsula en route to Port Arthur Historic Site in your own personal helicopter.
